Alexander Dryagin has vast practical experience in the area of commercial law, contract law, family law and inheritance law. Alexander undertakes pre-trial and in-court representation of an individual person and legal entities. He supervises the commercial activities of Russian and international business ventures, and is also involved in structuring, arrangement and full-service support of property-related and other family affairs as well as risk-management of a family business in different legislations.
For more than five years Alexander has been acting for individual persons and legal entities, including in disputes with leading banks, major importers, dealers and developers. He has a vast experience in consultancy and long-term supervision of commercial activities of Russian and international businesses, including successful realization of several projects related to the representation of companies in lease and rent disputes against the owners of shopping centers in court. Alexander’s professional experience stretches to effective consultancy and representation of clients in a wide range of issues, connected to family and inheritance law.
