Larisa Lysenko joined BKMP Legal as an IP partner in 2021. Larisa has unique experience as an in-house lawyer and external consultant. She worked for well-known Russian and international companies specializing in intellectual property issues — Gorodissky & Partners, GBLP, Dennemeyer & Associates, Nestle, Soyuzplodoimport, and others.

For more than 20 years, Larisa has been successfully defending the interests of clients in Rospatent, the Chamber for Patent Disputes, the Court for Intellectual Property Rights, the Federal Antimonopoly and Customs Services for a wide range of services, including consulting, registration, acquisition, disposal and protection of intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution.
At different periods of her career, Larisa was the official representative of the Non-Profit Organization to Fight Counterfeit Trade (REACT) and the International Organization of Alcohol Producers (IFSP) in Russia; she took part, inter alia, as a speaker in Russian and international conferences, including Pravo.ru, INTA, GALA, ICC Russia.
Larisa's qualifications and expertise have been recognized by leading legal ratings, including Chambers Europe, WTR (World Trademark Review), Legal 500 EMEA, Best Lawyers.
Larisa is the author of articles on various topics devoted to the protection and defence of intellectual property, which were published in well-known Russian and foreign periodicals.
Larisa Lysenko graduated from the Moscow State Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages named after M. Torez (MGPII). She got additional education at the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property (RGAIS). Larisa is registered as Patent Attorney of the Russian Federation ID No. 731 (specialization — trademarks and industrial designs).
She speaks English, French and Spanish.
