Nikita Pyasetsky has been representing the interests of BKMP LEGAL clients for more than 5 years in a number of key specializations of the company: litigation and dispute resolution, commercial and corporate practices. Nikita has extensive experience in building complex strategies in the field of commercial disputes and corporate conflicts, has many years of successful representation of Russian and international businesses in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction.
Nikita has extensive experience in supporting commercial real estate transactions, including representing the interests of international real estate management business in a series of disputes in the ICAC at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and Arbitration Courts. Nikita does advisory work for Russian and international businesses on a wide range of corporate issues, including opening a website, responsibility of the holding's managers, compliance with environmental and land laws, mechanisms and support for investment raising.
Nikita graduated with honours from the Master’s Programme of Law Faculty of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, Bachelor’s Programme of Law Faculty of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov.
