Tatyana Trofimova specializes in corporate law, has extensive experience in conducting corporate transactions and advising on a wide range of legal issues within her practice. Tatiana also specializes in resolving corporate, commercial and bankruptcy disputes.
Before joining BKMP LEGAL team, Tatyana worked in the law office of E.I. Papushina and served an apprenticeship at Delcredere Bar Association. Tatyana dealt with commercial, bankruptcy, corporate disputes, and transaction support. In addition to preparing legal positions and drafting procedural documents, Tatyana represented clients in courts of various instances, including the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
Tatiana Trofimova graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, magistracy under the program “Master of Private Law” at Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov.
She speaks French and English.
