International company, market leader in commercial and luxury residential real estate

Our team represented interests of a large international company in the procedure for registration of rights to a real estate object — a famous historical building located in the centre of St. Petersburg, which was complicated by the presence of an illegal extension, which constituted its essential part.
Lawyers developed a legal reasoning that provided effective protection and recognition of ownership of a disputed property, creating a precedent for law enforcement practice that allowed legalizing numerous illegal buildings in the historical part of St. Petersburg and other cities of the Russian Federation.

Large Russian construction company

We defended the client's interests in a dispute with a German investor. The client performed contract works associated with the construction of an industrial tank for liquefied oxygen as part of a complex technological facility. Following the results of the work performed, the customer evaded payment, referring to the occurrence of additional costs and losses incurred by it during the construction process. The lawyers managed to resolve the disagreements that had arisen and achieve continued cooperation with the German investor on favourable terms.

Class A Business Centre in the centre of Moscow

The lawyers of our company successfully defended the interests of the owners of office premises in the Class A Business Centre in a dispute with the management company in connection with the inefficient management of the Business Centre, which led to significant problems in its operation, as well as in connection with the unreasonably high cost of servicing the Business Centre by the management company. The prepared legal reasoning made it possible to apply the mechanism for terminating the powers of the management company, while retaining the common areas for the owners, ensuring comfortable operation of offices and the entire business centre building, and significantly reducing operating costs.

Fast food chain

Lawyers supported a major deal for the sale of a chain of restaurants. Comprehensive due diligence of real estate objects with a total area of more than 7.5 thousand sq.m. was carried out for the presence of potential risks. All transactions were successfully completed and registered. The client sold unclaimed assets, redistributed investments, having received a significant amount from the sale of real estate without the risk of challenging and unenforceable transactions.

International company, market leader in commercial and luxury residential real estate

Lawyers represented the client in a dispute regarding the restoration of land ownership and ensuring the clean title to the object (a land plot and a building located on it in the centre of a large city of the Russian Federation). The ownership right to the land was declared in the client’s favour. The commercial value of the property complex increased significantly (currently it amounts to RUB 450 million). The client got the opportunity to sell it at the best price.

Largest Chinese corporation

The lawyers defended the client's interests in a number of disputes on the reconstruction of a cultural heritage site in the historical centre of Moscow in the International Commercial Arbitration Court. The lawyers of the company formed a confident legal reasoning and collected an evidence base confirming the unfair performance of work by the opponent, namely the use of unacceptable historical, architectural, construction and design solutions, waste of funds, overestimation of costs for research and contract work at the facility, concealment of problematic aspects of the project documentation on the object. The result was the confirmation of a number of significant violations committed by counterparties. The client's savings amounted to RUB 350 million.
